A guide for roster managers, showing the Email Message (with Roster) feature.
Hello.
WorkRoster managers can use the "Email" menu tab to send a message to ALL employees with an email address.
This also includes sending to Employee Records that are not currently connected to a User account but do have an email address.
A PDF copy of the rota can be attached.
A Roster PDF that is included with the message will be the same as the standard manager's view of the printed roster, that is, the full roster, including details of all shifts and assignments.
