## Pricing questions

### How much does WorkRoster cost?

Plans start at $36 a month for up to 10 employees (E10), and larger teams pay by size band, up to 1,000 employees. Paying annually saves 10% on plans up to 50 employees. Only the account owner pays.

### Do my employees pay?

No. Employees use WorkRoster free, in the iPhone and Android apps or in any web browser. Only the account owner pays for a plan.

### Which plan do I need?

Choose the first plan that covers the employees you will add. Every employee record counts towards the limit, and an employee who has left can be marked inactive so they stop counting. You can change plan at any time.

### How does the free trial work?

You get 21 days to try WorkRoster with your own staff and shifts. No credit card is needed, so nothing is charged when the trial ends.

### What happens after the free trial?

No data is lost. Your rosters, shifts and employees stay saved. Your account moves to a limited free version until you choose a plan, and then everything is available again.

### Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you buy a plan and WorkRoster turns out not to be right for your business, you are covered by a full 30-day money-back guarantee.

### Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. There is no contract. You can change plan or cancel at any time, and you can pay monthly or annually.

### Do the prices include tax?

No. Prices exclude VAT, GST and sales tax. Any tax that applies is added at checkout, based on where your business is.

### How can I pay?

By any major credit or debit card.

### What is the difference between Essential and Extended?

Both include every feature. Essential plans let you plan shifts up to 12 months ahead and keep 12 months of shift history; Extended plans give you 24 months of each. The plan name shows the type and size: E25 is Essential for up to 25 employees, and X25 is Extended for up to 25 employees.
